From Monday through Friday, we ship every day within 24-48 hours (or a little bit longer depending on our workload).
We provide discrete shipping as standard; it is not an extra service. Do not ask for it, please. To the US, we provide tracked shipping.
The delivery windows listed below are only estimates since we have no control over them.
In both the origin and the destination, PostNL is in charge of all mail management.
Returns and replacements
We are unable to restock sold items due to the nature of the products. As a result, we cannot accept pills that have been returned. Your item will be exchanged and reshipped if your order is delivered in poor condition. We ship at the buyer’s expense and risk. Only if you select insured delivery are we able to guarantee delivery. Products can be sent in a separate shipment if one or more are unavailable at the time of the order. You will be contacted for partial shipping in this scenario.
Only when an insured shipping option was chosen are replacement shipments permitted. Except in cases where insured delivery is selected, orders over xxx dollars are not subject to reshipment.
Please be aware that we are unable to handle customs clearance, and the customer will be responsible for paying any additional taxes that may apply in his or her country.
Additionally, we are unable to assume any liability for the products you have purchased in your nation.
